Private MSK / injection consultation

For a joint, tendon, sports-injury, PRP, hyaluronic acid, or prolotherapy question, submit the short request form. The clinic team will review it and contact you about the appropriate appointment.

The first visit is a consultation and assessment.
If a procedure is appropriate, it is usually arranged for a separate visit.
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment, procedure, or eligibility.
