Each guide explains what the treatment is, where evidence is strongest or uncertain, what a visit may involve, risks, alternatives, and references. Consultation and assessment usually occur first; a suitable procedure is generally booked for a separate visit.

Platelet-rich plasma

An autologous blood product used for selected joint and tendon conditions.

Ultrasound guidance: Used for most musculoskeletal procedures when it is expected to improve target visualization or placement. Guidance improves accuracy in many settings, but it does not guarantee a better outcome.

Areas assessed and treated

Shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee, hip, ankle, foot, trigger finger, localized muscular trigger points, and acute sports injuries. Most procedures use ultrasound guidance; trigger finger and occasional shoulder or knee injections may be performed without ultrasound when clinically appropriate.

Scope limits: Dr. Yang does not provide definitive fracture care and does not treat spinal conditions or chronic back pain. A suspected fracture may receive initial assessment and appropriate management before orthopedic referral. Fracture, back, and spine handouts are general education only. Concussion is managed but is not a primary advertised service.
